Was looking for another car for my collection! Found a beautiful low mileage Cadillac. Jennifer was a great help she took my offer into consideration and gave me a wonderful deal. I knew that National city Auto was a great place because they offered a warranty and was straight up, which I have been to many dealers and this a important fact that a dealer will have your back with a warranty some do consider this and its important to analyze who you purchase a car from and what you get. Im a car girl so didnt need it but the warranty was offered. Jennifer was very respectable and straight up I purchased my new car , love it and will definitely go back to find another car in the future its always nice to deal with people in San Diego who actually listen to what details you want. I didn't find a car but this review is for their outstanding customer service! Above & beyond, constant communication when scheduling test drives, etc. All the sales people I dealt with were incredibly low pressure & knowledgeable. No one was trying to force me into a vehicle. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The staff here did everything possibly to get me the lowest rate. Jennifer was extremely kind and kept me informed on the process as I live 2 hours away. Thank you Mike and Daniel for getting us the truck we wanted.

Jorge was excellent to work with. There was no pressure and he was able to work out a great deal with us to get my daughter (frist time car buyer) in the car that she wanted.
